- Under the project, rural development work is carried out by forming clusters of villages across various districts of the state. - Based on the natural resources available in the selected villages, various units are established to improve farmers' livelihoods through the application of science and technology.

The project is being implemented through the formation of Gramodaya Cooperative Societies, with experienced farmers selected from the chosen clusters.
