: The applicant applying for the scheme for the first time needs to register using the icon “Applying for Yatra" and click on "New User” at the
Ministry of External Affairs
portal by providing accurate and correct information as per their documents.
Step 2:
After successfully getting registration done, the applicant will get their “login details”.
Step 3:
Through “Email ID and Password,” the applicant will be able to login into the account using the icon “Existing User” at the Ministry of External Affairs portal.
Step 4:
After successful login to the portal, the welcome page appeared. On clicking the “Application Form” icon, the applicant will be directed to the application screen.
Step 5:
Now, the applicant may fill out the complete application form, and on clicking the “Final Submit” button, the application is finally submitted.
Step 6
: On successful submission of the application, the applicant will receive an SMS and e-mail after successful submission of the application, which can be used for future reference.

The printed application form with documents must be submitted within 2 months after completing the Yatra.

The interested applicant downloads the
application form
from the official website.

In the application form, fill in all the mandatory fields and attach copies of all the mandatory documents (self-attested, if required).
Step 3:
Submit the duly filled and signed application form along with the documents to the Assistant Commissioner, Devasthan Department office.
