    How to Apply

    1. Step 1: Offline application — step 1

      To obtain an identity card, the widowed daughter-in-law of a freedom fighter must contact the concerned District Magistrate's office, inquire about the required documents, and submit the application. The District Magistrate's office will then issue her an identity card, on the basis of which she can travel free of cost in the buses of the Uttarakhand Transport Corporation.
