Journey details including starting and destination points with route code. Add any via places and select the bus pass issue location. Class of bus service required options include Express, AC Seater, AC Sleeper, City Service, Volvo, Luxury, etc. Duration and number of days for the pass validity.

Step 5: The form displays fees for bus pass, ID card amount if applicable, and any toll charges. The student concession will be applied automatically. Make the payment via UPI or counter payment at bus depots.

Step 6: Check the box agreeing to GSRTC's terms and conditions. Authenticate application submission by entering OTP sent to the registered mobile number. Submit the completed application form. An application number will be received for future tracking and status updates.

Valid identity proof and enrollment certification from the educational institute may be required during verification. Students are eligible for up to approximately 82.5% fare concession on the pass fare. The pass is valid only on GSRTC buses as per the specified routes and class. The online system supports registration, new applications, renewals, and application status inquiries. Video tutorials and guides in Gujarati are available online to assist applicants throughout the process. The GSRTC app facilitates easy access to pass details, bus schedules, and related services.
