The Scheme is being run in 50 Gram Panchayats Each in 11 Districts (Nalbari, Darrang, Morigaon, Dhubri, Udalguri, South Salmara, Goalpara, Kamrup, Barpeta, Tamulpur, and Baksa) of Assam and 2 Districts (Kupwara and Baramulla) of Jammu and Kashmir on pilot basis.
