. Click on “
Create Profile
”. Fill in the required basic details such as Name, Mobile Number, Gender, Email ID, Date of Birth, etc. Click on “Next.”

To verify your basic details, re-enter your Date of Birth and Mobile Number, enter the Captcha Code, and click on “Profile Banaye”. An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP to verify your profile.

To complete Aadhaar e-KYC, enter your Aadhaar Number, Registered Mobile Number, and Captcha Code. Click on “Send OTP” and verify using the Aadhaar OTP to complete the e-KYC process.

Navigate to the online form of the scheme. In the form, fill in all the mandatory fields and upload all the mandatory documents in the specified format and size. Ensure that all documents are clear, legible, and in the accepted file format before uploading.

Information regarding the selected truck manufacturer/company, model, and maximum cost is also available on the departmental portal, and the applicant may select any truck model from the authorized list.

Carefully review all the information provided and the documents uploaded. Make any necessary corrections. Click the "Submit" or "Apply" button to submit your application. You'll receive a confirmation message.

*A fee of ₹100/- is stipulated for submitting the required affidavit (Declaration of non-Government servant, no criminal case, and true information) on a stamp paper.

The loan application should be processed through the bank, or the applicant may seek pre-sanction for the loan themselves, as the loan for vehicle purchase will be provided by the Central Bank of India, which will review the suitability for the loan.

Upon receipt of the application, the Department will conduct an examination of the applicant's general eligibility.
The Central Bank of India will conduct the testing of the application's suitability for the loan.

If more than one eligible application is received for a single sector (area), the beneficiary will be selected through a lottery system (drawing of lots) in a transparent manner by the State Level Committee and the Food, Civil Supplies, and Consumer Protection Department.
Once the loan is sanctioned, the department will facilitate the loan approval process.

If the District Supply Officer/Collector finds any document or deficiency in the submitted application, the applicant will be immediately informed.
The applicant must ensure the completion of the required documents/deficiencies online within 7 working days from the date of receiving the intimation.
